Stage forecasts include all rainfall from
(12z to 12z) 8am to 8am edt(7am to 7am est) plus the
forecasted rainfall through 12z (8am edt or 7am est) the following
day. In addition, runoff due to snowmelt is included in the
forecast during the cold season. Stage forecasts are provided
by the Northeast and Middle Alantic River Forecast Centers.
