 .Hydrologic Summary... 
Snowmelt from the Snowy Range will combine with rainfall to keep 
local rivers and streams at or above bankfull. The Laramie River at 
Laramie continues above the action stage of 8 feet and is forecast 
to slowly fall below the action stage through the weekend. Runoff 
waters are generally cold and can destabilize river banks. Immersion 
in cold, energetic waters can be dangerous. People on or near rivers 
should take precautions to remain safe.
