...High Flows Expected on the Snake River through Early Next Week...

With increased releases out of Palisades Reservoir, flows on the 
Snake River from Heise to Blackfoot will be running swift and cold 
for the next several days. Keep Children and Pets away from the 
River's banks. Persons living or recreating near the river should 
remain cautious. High stream flows can quickly overpower you and the 
cold water could lead to hypothermia in minutes if you fall into the 
river.
