Lake effect snow will pick up along the South Shore tonight. A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect from 6 PM tonight through 6 AM Tuesday. Totals up to 3 to 5 inches are possible in northern Iron County. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday There is a 30 percent chance for scattered snow squalls around the region late Tuesday evening through Wednesday morning that could lead to quickly reduced visibilities on roadways. Below-zero temperatures are expected for much of the Northland Tuesday night through Thursday night with wind chills down into the teens below to nearly 40 below zero, coldest Wednesday night and Thursday night. Another period of lake effect snowfall is expected along parts of the South Shore for Tuesday night through Wednesday night.
