between 4 PM and 6 PM today. A few of the thunderstorms could produce 
strong gusty winds. Highs today will around 70 degrees. Afternoon 
humidities will fall to around 40 percent. Winds outside of thunderstorms
will be in the 5 to 10 mph range from the west. The winds will shift to
northwest between 5 PM and 6 PM. Smoke dispersion will be excellent.
