.DISCUSSION...Quiet weather is in store Wednesday morning with
mainly clear skies and light winds. By Wednesday afternoon, the 
risk for scattered showers and thunderstorms builds across the 
surrounding high terrain. Erratic and gusty outflow winds along 
with brief moderate rain are the greatest threats from any shower 
or storm. The risk diminishes around or shortly after sunset.

Sky/weather.........Mostly sunny (40-50 percent). Chance of rain 
                    showers and slight chance of thunderstorms in 
                    the afternoon. 
Max temperature.....50-55. 
Min humidity........33-38 percent. 
Surface winds.......Downslope/downvalley winds 3 to 8 mph until 1000, 
                    then becoming west-northwest 13 to 18 mph with 
                    gusts to 30 mph during the afternoon. Outflow 
                    winds from showers/thunderstorms in the vicinty
                    may gust to 45 to 50 mph for a short time.
