.DISCUSSION...The summer-like ridge over the weekend begins to
break down by Sunday night into Monday morning. There are some
timing differences with the initial wave energy, but I suspect the
southerly gradient will have increased by Monday morning. As the
mixed layer develops, stronger southwesterly winds will be able to
mix down by the afternoon. There is a 30% chance that wind gusts 
will exceed 30 mph Monday afternoon. There is a 30% chance for 
greater than 0.01" of rainfall Monday afternoon and night.
