Low swell, increasing to low to moderate swell east of line 18S169E 25S169E. Rain areas, scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms throughout most of the area, except north of line 04S142E 05S157E 01S170E. Heavy at times within 60nm of the trough and 120nm of low.
