Associated ridge building towards Bay of Biscay.
Tropical wave along 19W north of 03N is moving westwards at 10 to 15
kt.
Monsoon trough enters the Atlantic near 18N16W, and continues
southwestward to 10N32W. The ITCZ continues from 10N32W to 08N48W.
