ANGOLA (06S/15S, 00E/00N):
WIND     : SE to S 10 to 20, reaching 25 in the extreme south-east in the
           first half of the period.
VIS      : Good.

ST HELENA (15S/30S, 00E/20W):
WIND     : E to SE 15 to 25, but anti-cyclonic 05 to 15 in the south.
VIS      : Good, but moderate in rain and showers in places in the north,
           as well as in the extreme south-east in the second half of the
           period.
SEA STATE: 3.0m SE to S swell in the north, reaching 3.5m in places at
           first. It will become 3.0m SW swell in the extreme south-east
           towards the end of the period.

TRADES (15S/30S, 00E/WEST COAST):
WIND     : SE to S 10 to 20, reaching 25 in places in the extreme east.
VIS      : Good.
SEA STATE: 3.0m in places, SW to S swell, subsiding from the west in the
           second half of the period.

TRISTAN (30S/40SE, 00E/20W):
WIND     : NW 20 to 30 in the extreme north-east at first, otherwise W to
           SW 15 to 25, reaching 35 in places in the south towards mid-
           period.
VIS      : Good, but moderate in showers and rain in places.
SEA STATE: 3.0 to 4.0m SW to W swell, reaching 5.0 to 5.5m in the extreme
           south-east at first, subsiding from the west towards mid-
           period.

WIND     : SE to S 10 to 20 in the extreme north-east, otherwise NW 15 to
           25 reaching 30 to 35 in the south, but SW 15 to 25 in the
           extreme south-west, spreading eastwards and north-wards
           towards mid-period.

           north-wards towards mid-period.
