Offshore Waters Forecast for the US Arctic Waters

.SYNOPSIS FOR ARCTIC WATERS...
A 1030 mb high in the Siberian Arctic has moved just N of the New
Siberian Islands with high pressure extending W over the Arctic N
of 75N. A 993 mb low has moved into Interior Alaska with low 
pressure pushing N over the Arctic. A tight pressure gradient will
persist over the Arctic through Fri, then relax. A 1000 mb low 
near Kotzebue Sound will persist in the area through Thu as it 
weakens to 1006 mb.
