NORTHWESTERN PUERTO RICO...

  Coastal Waters of Northern Puerto Rico out 10 NM...

At 247 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, 
capable of producing winds to around 30 knots and frequent 
lightning. This thunderstorm was located over Aguada and Aguadilla, 
moving northwest at 5 knots into the coastal waters of northwestern 
Puerto Rico.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until this storm passes.
