...THUNDERSTORM STRONG AND PERSISTENT OFF COAST OF AGUADILLA...

A strong thunderstorm has been persistent after it moved off the
coast of Aguadilla and toward the northwest at 8 knots. This storm
is characterized by frequent cloud-to-water lightning very heavy 
rainfall and some gusty winds. Visibilities in the thunderstorm 
will be limited to less than 1 mile in places. This thunderstorm
is expected to continue on its current trajectory for at least the
next 2-3 hours.
