Marine National Monument east of French Frigate Shoals

twice the significant wave height.

A weakening cold front will enter far N waters today and stall N 
of Kauai on Monday. Low pressure developing far NW of the area on
Tuesday and Wednesday will lead to SE to S winds over most of the
area, along with a chance of thunderstorms over far N waters.
