...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM OVER THE WATERS...

The areas affected include...
  Kaiwi Channel...
  Oahu Leeward Waters...

At 452 PM HST, Doppler radar indicated a cluster of thunderstorms 
stretching from near Iroquois Point to just south of Hawaii Kai, 
capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These storms 
were moving southeast around 5 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots...locally higher
waves...lightning strikes...and heavy downpours. Boaters should seek
safe harbor immediately until this storm passes.
