.SYNOPSIS...Strong high pressure will gradually build E to near 
the northern mid-Atlantic coast later tonight into Fri night, 
then gradually move E over the waters well N and NE of the area
Sat into Mon. The high will pass NE of the region later Mon and 
Mon night. Broad low pressure will pass S and SE of the waters 
later Fri into Sun before weakening. A low pressure trough will 
develop near the Georgia and Carolina coasts later Sat night, 
prevail into Mon, and then dissipate Mon night. A cold front will
approach the waters well N of the area from the W Tue, with the 
front moving E and SE and remaining N of the waters Tue night.
