.SYNOPSIS...A low pressure trough will move slowly E across the
waters and dissipate tonight. A weak high pressure ridge will
build W over the waters Thu into Sat, then shift E Sat night as a
cold front approaches from the NW. The cold front will move into
the northern portions Sun, then pass E of the area Sun night.
Another cold front or low pressure trough will move S over the
area Mon and Mon night.
