.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh trades will prevail tonight before
diminishing slightly. Trades will increase again Fri through the
upcoming weekend and into early next week. Seas are forecast to 
build in northerly swell this weekend. A cold front and pre-
frontal trough approaching the region will increase shower and 
thunderstorm activity starting Thu.
