.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Strong high pressure will
gradually build E to the coast today into Sat, and then drift E
over the waters Sat night into Mon. The high will gradually shift
E of the region later Mon and Mon night. A cold front will
approach from the W Tue, then move E over the waters Tue night.
