offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Broad low pressure over Nova
Scotia will gradually move SE tonight into early Tue as a low
pressure trough crosses the waters. High pressure will build over
the region Tue, and continue Tue night and Wed. Low pressure will
move off of the mid-Atlantic coast Wed night, slowly move NE over
the waters Thu into Fri while strengthening, and then pass NE of
the area Fri night as a low pressure trough extends SW across the
area. The trough will continue over the waters Sat and Sat night.
