England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A warm front will slowly lift
N across the region today and tonight. Low pressure will develop
along the New England coast tonight, then track N and NE of the
area Wed and Wed night while pulling a strong cold front E across
the region. Another high will build E over the waters Thu and Thu
night, then shift E Fri and early Fri night ahead of the next
approaching cold front. A cold front will push E across the
waters late Fri night into Sat then become stationary. The front
will then lift N as a warm front Sat night. 

Gulf of Maine to the Hague Line

.TODAY...S winds 10 to 20 kt, becoming S to SW 5 to 15 kt early,
then, becoming variable. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Chance of snow and
rain. 
.TONIGHT...E winds 5 to 10 kt, becoming SE 10 to 20 kt. Seas
3 to 4 ft. Chance of rain with vsby 1 nm or less.
