.SYNOPSIS...Strong high pressure centered NW of the area will
extend a ridge SE across the waters tonight through Mon night, 
then weaken through Wed night. A coastal trough extending along 
the northern and central California coast will strengthen this 
evening, persist through Wed, and then weaken Wed and Wed night. 
The coastal trough will dissipate Thu and Thu night as a 
weakening cold front approaches from the NW, then moves into the
N waters Fri into Fri night. By later Wed night into Thu night 
the area of weakening high pressure will shift further S and pass
to the W of the waters, where it will remain Fri and Fri night.
