.SYNOPSIS...A trough along the California coast will persist
through Sat night. Meanwhile, high pressure centered over the
southern waters will extend a ridge NE across most of the region
through tonight. A strong cold front will move S across the
northern waters tonight, briefly stall across the central waters
Wed, then lift back N through the northern waters as a warm front
Wed night. A high pressure ridge will reform over the central
waters Thu and Thu night. Late Thu night into Fri, a cold front
will creep into northern waters, accelerating S into the central
waters through Fri night. The front will slow and weaken Sat and
dissipate by early Sat night. Low pressure will approach the
northern waters from the W late Sat night. The low will move
across the NW waters Sun while pushing a cold front SE across the
northern and central waters through Sun night.
