the N waters early this morning will move NE and away from the 
the region today. High pressure will build and persist over the N
and central waters today through Tue night. A weak low pressure 
trough along the southern and central California coast will 
persist through Wed night. A cold front is expected to approach 
the central and northern waters from the W Tue and Tue night, 
and then move E over the waters Wed and Wed night.
