.DISCUSSION...A moderate risk of rip currents is expected along west,
north, and east facing reefs of the Marianas tonight, to then drop to
low along west reefs Tuesday and persist through midweek. After, seas
will begin to increase slowly toward the weekend as trade swell 
strengthens.
