  Coastal Waters from Cape Elizabeth, ME to Merrimack River, MA out 
  25 NM...

At 255 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots and small hail. This
thunderstorm was located 7 nm southeast of Kennebunkport, or 22 nm
northeast of Portsmouth, moving east at 20 knots.

Locations impacted include...
Kennebunkport, Wells, and York.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until this storm passes.
