The areas affected include...
  Tidal Potomac from Cobb Island MD to Smith Point VA...

At 429 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a shower, capable of producing
winds to around 30 knots. This shower was located over Saint Clements
Bay, moving southeast at 10 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots and locally 
higher waves. Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately until this 
storm passes.
