Hawk Channel and Straits of Florida from west end of Seven Mile
Bridge to Halfmoon Shoal out 20 nm...
Gulf Waters from East Cape Sable to Chokoloskee 20 to 60 nm out and
beyond 5 fathoms...
Gulf of America from west end of Seven Mile Bridge to Halfmoon Shoal
out to 5 fathoms...

At 447 PM EDT, A member of the public reported a funnel cloud just 
south of Big Pine Key. This funnel cloud is associated with a line 
of clouds extending from 20 nm north of Key West to 10 miles south 
of Bahia Honda, moving north at 10 knots.

Locations that will be affected include...
Gulfside Patch Reef, Annette Key, Howe Key, Raccoon Key, Coupon
Bight, Little Pine Key, and Water Keys.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Environmental conditions favor waterspout formation. A waterspout
would most likely appear beneath a dark, flat bottom of a building
cumulus line, just at the hint of rain. If you see a waterspout, stay
away, and call in the report to your Florida Keys National Weather
Service, at 3 0 5 2 9 5 1 3 1 6 extension 3.
