At 100 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated a cluster of strong 
thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 20 to 30 knots. 
This cluster of thunderstorms is generally located along a line 
extending from near Mandeville to 9 nm west of Kenner, moving east 
at 15 knots.

Mariners can expect widespread gusty winds to around 20 to 30 knots, 
higher waves, and dangerous lightning strikes. Boaters should seek 
safe harbor immediately until this activity passes.
