Scattered thunderstorms will continue to move over the waters 
from the northwest through the early afternoon. In addition to 
occasional lightning, these storms will be capable of producing 
small hail, wind gusts as high as 45 kt, localized heavy rain, 
and a few waterspouts/funnel clouds. Mariners should use caution. 
Monitor NOAA Weather Radio for the latest information, forecasts, 
and warnings.
