At 0838 AM PDT, National Weather Service Doppler Radar indicated 
scattered thunderstorms, capable of producing localized gale-force
wind gusts up to 35 kt over the waters between Cape Shoalwater WA
and Cape Falcon OR between 10 to 60 NM offshore. Expect frequent 
lightning, localized heavy rain, and intermittent gale-force wind 
gusts through 1000 AM PDT. Mariners should use caution. Monitor 
NOAA Weather Radio for the latest information, forecasts, and 
warnings.
