Patchy areas of dense fog with visibility 1 NM or less is expected
now through Saturday morning, primarily for the nearshore waters.
Localized areas of visibility down to 1/4 nm possible. Conditions
should improve with fog lifting/clearing by late morning. 

Mariners should be prepared for sudden drops in visibility. 
Reduce speeds and be on the lookout for other vessels. Use radar 
or GPS navigation if available, and consider remaining in harbor 
if such equipment is unavailable.
