...A Gale Warning remains in effect for surrounding waters of 
Manu'a through Wednesday...

Tropical Depression 08F (TD08F) embedded within the active South 
Pacific Convergence Zone (SPCZ) are bringing gale force conditions
across Manu'a Islands surrounding waters through at least tonight.
TD08F is expected to intensify as it is forecast to continue to  
move between Manu'a and Rose atoll today.

Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or
damage vessels and reduce visibility.

Mariners should consider altering plans to avoid possiblehazardous
conditions. Remain in port, seek safe harbor, altercourse, and/or
secure the vessel for severe wind and seas.
