...Strong winds could pose a threat to boaters...

Strong pressure gradients (from a trough over the Islands and
high pressure system to the south) over the territory has 
influenced hazardous ocean conditions. Latest wave heights from 
the Aunu'u PacIOOS buoy are around 12 to 14 feet. In addition,
winds gusting up to 30 knots could impact small crafts with 
higher winds and waves through Tuesday. 

Prepare for gusty winds, and steep and fast-building seas. Boaters
should seek safe harbor immediately until hazardous ocean
conditions subsides.
