...SANTA ROSA FUNNEL CLOUD EVENT...

After the National Weather Service team evaluated what happened in 
the Santa Rosa urbanization in the municipality of Bayamon, we have 
concluded that the event is classified as a funnel cloud case. On 
April 23, 2024, at around 1:30 PM, a funnel cloud formed over Santa 
Rosa, according to several reports from area residents. Debris in 
the air was also reported due to the peripheral winds associated 
with this phenomenon. However, after conducting interviews with 
residents of the area and analyzing videos and photos, we could not 
confirm that the core of the funnel cloud touched down. For this 
reason, the determination was made that it was not a tornado.
