Subject: National Weather Service (NWS) Directives System URL
	 Change, Effective on or about June 3, 2024

On or about June 3, 2024, the NWS Directives System (NDS) and the
contents
therein will be moved to a new location. This website lists NWS
policy
directives, procedural directives, and supplements.

Users who currently access the NDS via nws.noaa.gov/directives should
update their bookmarks to the new URL to ensure seamless access. The
new
URL is https://www.weather.gov/directives.

The new URL is currently accessible and can be used immediately.
Until the switchover date, https://www.weather.gov/directives will
redirect to the legacy site. After the switchover date, it will take
the
user to the new location.

The old URL, nws.noaa.gov/directives, will be discontinued after June
3,
2024.
