            A waterspout was observed by Higgs Beach. 
            This waterspout was thin, and a light spray 
            ring was visible. It lasted a few minutes. 

0442 PM     Waterspout       3 SE Big Pine Key       24.63N 81.33W

            A waterspout was observed south of Big Pine 
            and while on the 7 mile bridge. Was thin and 
            thought to be not fully formed. No spray 
            ring visible. Duration unknown.
