            Corrects previous tornado report from 13 NW 
            Columbia on March 15 at 13:06Z. Upon further 
            investigation and consultation with high 
            resolution satellite imagery, this 
            previously reported very small and brief 
            tornado produced tree damage that is now 
            deemed to be due to straight line 
            thunderstorm winds on March 4 at 17:54Z.
