            Heavy rain from a slow moving thunderstorm 
            west of Kamiah led to debris flows and mud 
            slides. Lewis county Emergency Manager 
            reported temporary road closures on Highways 
            12, 64 and 162. Rain gages in the area were 
            spotty but had storm total of 1.9 to 2.5 
            inches between 7 and 10 pm PDT.
