            Delayed entry. Heavy snow with visibility 
            down to a half mile led to a collision 
            involving two semi-trucks on I-90 at MP 270. 
            This resulted in a full closure of the 
            westbound lanes of I-90 from 8:32 PM PST to 
            11:35 PM PST. The accident occurred at 7:41 
            PST.
