...Lower Cushman Dam Operations Changes...

Tacoma Power called with a dam release notification. They will be 
increasing outflows from Lower Cushman Dam from 270 cfs to 1050 cfs 
at 600 pm today. Then lower to:
-800 cfs at 1 pm Wednesday
-530 cfs at 10 pm Friday
-270 cfs at 12 pm Sunday
