  East central Delaware County in central New York...

* Until 115 PM EDT.

* At 1232 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
  tornado was located 8 miles southwest of Margaretville, or 17 miles
  north of Liberty, moving northeast at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

  Margaretville and Arkville around 1240 PM EDT.
  Fleischmanns around 1245 PM EDT.
  Roxbury around 100 PM EDT.
