Area rivers and creek flows are elevated and continue to rise. Storm drains and ditches are clogged with debris. Isolated landslides are possible in areas of steep terrain. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 629 PM AKDT, Emergency Manager/Fire Chief reported heavy rain, flooding and brown water in Ketchikan. Flooding is ongoing. Between 3 and 6 inches of rain have fallen.
