...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 215 AM AST SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excess runoff is expected.

* WHERE...Communities along the Rio Culebrinas basin in Aguada, 
  Aguadilla and Moca.

* WHEN...Until 215 AM AST.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying 
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Low-water 
  crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1106 PM AST, USGS river gauge reports indicated that Rio
    Culebrinas at Margarita Damsite (MODP4) is at minor flood
    stage. The latest report indicates 16.62 ft (minor flood
    stage is between 16.50 to 18.00 ft). Flooding is ongoing in
    the warned area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the 
dangers of flooding.

Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law 
enforcement and request they pass this information to the National 
Weather Service when you can do so safely.
