Ciales. This flooding will likely impact PR-2 in Manati, and La Boca 
in Barceloneta later this evening.

...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 2 AM AST THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive runoff is expected.

* WHERE...Along Rio Grande de Manati in Barceloneta, Ciales and 
  Manati.

* WHEN...Until 200 AM AST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying 
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams 
  continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 439 PM AST, USGS river sensor indicate that Rio Grande de
    Manati is rising, and almost at flood stage in Ciales.
    Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the
    warned area.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.
