...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 AM EDT SUNDAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of northeast Pennsylvania, including the 
  following county, Wayne.

* WHEN...Until 400 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from 
  earlier rainfall.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1043 PM EST, Rain gauge reports indicated heavy rain had
    fallen in the area resulting in the West Branch Lackawaxen
    river rising rapidly upstream of Prompton Lake. Flooding is
    expected to begin shortly along the West Branch near
    Aldenville. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen with
    up to an additional one-half inch possible.
  - Rain will be tapering off overnight.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Pleasant Mount and Aldenville.
