  Susquehanna River At Vestal affecting Tioga and Broome Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Susquehanna River at Vestal.

* WHEN...From Monday morning to early tomorrow afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 20.5 feet, Cellars flood on Argonne Drive in Endwell.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:00 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 9.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    tomorrow morning to a crest of 19.3 feet tomorrow morning. It
    will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
