Warning for the following rivers in Texas...

  Sister Grove Creek Near Blue Ridge affecting Collin County.

For the Sister Grove Creek...including Blue Ridge...Minor flooding is
forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive cars through flooded areas. Caution is urged when
walking near riverbanks.

...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT FROM WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON TO LATE WEDNESDAY
NIGHT...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Sister Grove Creek near Blue Ridge.

* WHEN...From Wednesday afternoon to late Wednesday night.

* IMPACTS...At 24.0 feet, Minor out of bank flooding along the creek
  is expected. Rural roads, along with farm and ranch land near the
  creek, will begin to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1:00 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 15.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 24.0 feet
    early tomorrow afternoon.
  - Bankfull stage is 24.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 24.0 feet.
