Heavy rain over the past 24 hours is working its way through the Wet Beaver Creek basin. * WHERE...A portion of west central Arizona, including the following county, Yavapai. * Until 1215 PM MST. * IMPACTS...Flooding of creeks and normally dry washes is imminent or occurring. Deadly flooding over low-water crossings. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 917 AM MST, Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. - This includes the following creeks, washes and rivers... Rarick Canyon, Walker Creek, Long Canyon and Beaver Creek. - For Wet Beaver Creek at Wet Beaver Creek Near Rimrock: At 8:45am the stage was 8.02 feet. Flood Stage is 9.5 feet. Impacts: At 8.0 feet: Low water crossings impassable, water begins to exceed banks and inundate low lying areas. - This includes the following recreation areas and campgrounds...
