...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 AM PST WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of southeast California, including the following 
  county, Inyo.

* WHEN...Until 400 AM PST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying 
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Low-water 
  crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1049 AM PST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
    indicated heavy rain. Flooding is already occurring in the
    warned area. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Shoshone and Tecopa.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
