...FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

The Flood Watch is cancelled for central Pennsylvania, including the 
following areas, Adams, Bedford, Blair, Cambria, Cameron, 
Clearfield, Columbia, Cumberland, Dauphin, Elk, Franklin, Fulton, 
Huntingdon, Juniata, Lancaster, Lebanon, McKean, Mifflin, Montour, 
Northern Centre, Northern Clinton, Northern Lycoming, 
Northumberland, Perry, Potter, Schuylkill, Snyder, Somerset, 
Southern Centre, Southern Clinton, Southern Lycoming, Sullivan, 
Tioga, Union, Warren and York.

Excessive rainfall has ended across central Pennsylvania. Expect 
inundation flooding of low lying and poor drainage areas to 
gradually recede over the next 24 hours. Excessive runoff will 
sustain high streamflows with river flooding expected to continue 
today particularly along small streams and creeks across south 
central Pennsylvania. Please continue to heed road closures.
