Carolina, including the following areas, Coastal New Hanover, 
Coastal Pender, Inland New Hanover and Inland Pender.

Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to 
use caution as Tropical Storm Ophelia rains taper off through the 
morning.
