Carolina, including the following areas, Anson, Cumberland, Harnett, 
Hoke, Johnston, Lee, Montgomery, Moore, Richmond, Sampson, Scotland, 
Stanly, Wayne and Wilson.

Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to 
heed remaining road closures.
