...The Flood Watch is cancelled for the following rivers in 
Minnesota...

  Mississippi River at Fort Ripley affecting southwestern Crow Wing 
  and northwestern Morrison Counties.



.There remains some ice jam issues downstream but the river levels 
have leveled off and the threat for flooding has diminished. There 
could still be fluctuations in the river level of 1 to possibly 3 
feet. If conditions change, an additional Flood Watch or Flood 
Warning may be issued.
