...FLOOD WATCH WILL EXPIRE AT 1 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON...

The Flood Watch will expire for portions of northwest Iowa and 
southwest Minnesota, including the following areas, in northwest 
Iowa, Clay, Dickinson, O'Brien and Osceola. In southwest Minnesota, 
Cottonwood, Jackson, Lincoln, Lyon, Murray and Nobles.

Outside of the flooding in Cottonwood county Minnesota, the flooding 
threat has ended. Therefore, the Flood Watch will expire at 1 PM CDT 
this afternoon.
