The Flash Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of central, east 
central, north central, southwest, and west central Indiana, 
including the following areas, in central Indiana, Boone, Clinton, 
Hamilton, Howard, Madison and Tipton. In east central Indiana, 
Delaware. In north central Indiana, Carroll. In southwest Indiana, 
Daviess, Knox and Martin. In west central Indiana, Fountain, 
Montgomery, Tippecanoe and Warren.

The flash flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flash Flood 
Watch is being cancelled.

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be 
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, south central, 
  southeast, southwest, and west central Indiana, including the 
  following counties, in central Indiana, Bartholomew, Decatur, 
  Hancock, Hendricks, Johnson, Marion, Morgan, Rush and Shelby. In 
  east central Indiana, Henry and Randolph. In south central 
  Indiana, Brown, Jackson, Lawrence and Monroe. In southeast 
  Indiana, Jennings. In southwest Indiana, Greene and Sullivan. In 
  west central Indiana, Clay, Owen, Parke, Putnam, Vermillion and 
  Vigo.

* WHEN...Until 8 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, 
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Rainfall amounts between 1 and 3 inches were common across
    portions of central Indiana last night and this morning.
    Additional rainfall is expected this afternoon which may
    result in additional flooding.
