.A band of around 0.75 inch has fallen from Sauk to Marquette 
County, with additional rainfall expected through Columbia and Green 
Lake Counties tonight. Given expected rainfall totals, partially 
frozen ground temps, and warm air temps, there is increased 
potential for ponding and minor flooding for low-lying 
areas/roadways as well as rises on rivers from ice jams.

...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL MIDNIGHT CST TONIGHT...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by rain and/or snowmelt and/or ice jam 
  continues to be possible.

* WHERE...A portion of south central Wisconsin, including the 
  following counties, Columbia, Green Lake, Marquette and Sauk.

* WHEN...Until midnight CST tonight.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, 
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. 
  Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur 
  in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Heavy rainfall of one inch or more paired with ice jam
    potential may result in ponding and minor flooding across the
    watch area.
