including the following counties, Autauga, Bibb, Blount, Calhoun, 
Chambers, Cherokee, Chilton, Clay, Cleburne, Coosa, Dallas, Elmore, 
Etowah, Greene, Hale, Jefferson, Marengo, Perry, Randolph, Shelby, 
St. Clair, Sumter, Talladega, Tallapoosa and Tuscaloosa.

The flash flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flash Flood 
Watch is being cancelled.
