The Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of Oklahoma, including the 
following areas, Atoka, Beckham, Blaine, Bryan, Caddo, Canadian, 
Carter, Cleveland, Coal, Custer, Garfield, Garvin, Grady, Harmon, 
Hughes, Jefferson, Johnston, Kay, Kingfisher, Lincoln, Logan, Love, 
Marshall, McClain, Murray, Noble, Oklahoma, Payne, Pontotoc, 
Pottawatomie, Seminole, Stephens and Washita and northern Texas, 
including the following areas, Archer, Baylor, Clay, Foard, Hardeman 
and Knox.

The flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flood Watch is being 
cancelled.

...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 AM CDT THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be 
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of southwest Oklahoma, including the following 
  counties, Comanche, Cotton, Greer, Jackson, Kiowa and Tillman and 
  northern Texas, including the following counties, Wichita and 
  Wilbarger.

* WHEN...Until 1 AM CDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, 
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. 
  Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur 
  in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be 
  flooded. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood 
  with more heavy rain.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Additional rainfall in areas already flooded or saturated
    could lead to more flooding

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood 
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared 
to take action should flooding develop.
