The Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of Arkansas, including the following areas, Columbia, Hempstead, Lafayette, Miller, Nevada and Union, Louisiana, including the following parishes, Bienville, Bossier, Caddo, Caldwell, Claiborne, De Soto, Grant, Jackson, La Salle, Lincoln, Natchitoches, Ouachita, Red River, Sabine, Union, Webster and Winn, and Texas, including the following areas, Angelina, Camp, Cass, Cherokee, Franklin, Gregg, Harrison, Marion, Morris, Nacogdoches, Panola, Rusk, Sabine, San Augustine, Shelby, Smith, Titus, Upshur and Wood. With the heavy rain exiting the Four State Region to the east this morning, the Flood Watch which was in effect until Noon today has been cancelled early. Any additional rainfall this morning will not result in any additional flooding concerns. While flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat.
